Shipping
All orders are shipped FOB from Warwick, RI 02886 USA. If there is another shipping point, the client will be advised.
All orders on the site are shipped via FedEx prepaid and added to your invoice.
If the client chooses to ship via any other courier, the customer will be held responsible for any charges or damages.
Returns
If the client needs to make a return, they must contact a Fifield representative to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply
- The material must be returned freight prepaid
- The customer’s account or credit card will be credited upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise
If the client receives the wrong merchandise, they must contact a Fifield representative to get a Return Authorization Number.
- Fifield will ship the correct product immediately
- The wrong merchandise must be returned via the mode of transportation that the Fifield representative appoints
- The account or credit card will be credited upon receipt of the merchandise
