Core Converting Capabilities
Our facility is equipped to handle both small and large production volumes. The main services include:
- Slitting – Narrow rolls as small as ½″ wide, up to 62″.
- Sheeting – Cut sheets up to 48″ x 160″.
- Die-cutting – Shapes up to 18″ x 18″, ideal for packaging inserts, displays, or branded components.
- Rewinding/Unwinding – Capable of handling roll diameters up to 60″.
- Adhesive Coating – Pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) can be applied up to a width of 56″.
Each process is performed on-site and allows clients to work with either Fifield stock materials or customer-supplied goods.
